Job Summary: Responsible for managing mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance teams, developing service scopes, requisitioning materials, and diagnosing improvements in maintenance services. Development of relationships with customers and suppliers **What You Will Do:** Lead mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance teams. Plan and schedule specialized services performed by third-party companies. Develop service scopes, specify, requisition, and distribute materials required to meet customer facility demands. Identify potential improvements related to services delivered. Prepare service reports and performance result summaries. Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with customers and suppliers. **What You Will Need:** Mandatory compliance with function-specific NR regulations: NR-33 and NR-35. Experience in maintenance planning is required. Experience in supervising mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance is required. Technical training courses in the maintenance field are required. Must have convenient access to Lucas do Rio Verde. The company provides a shuttle service located 15 km from the city.
