




Job Summary: Provide technical support to customers, assisting with inquiries, maintenance, and issue resolution to ensure the customer's operational and strategic success. Key Highlights: 1. System training and implementation Perform assigned tasks by providing technical support to customers, assisting with inquiries, collaborating on preventive maintenance, identifying and helping resolve faults, and contributing to efficient system operation in support of the customer's operational and strategic success. * Provide customer service via phone, chat, and in person; * Resolve configuration-related issues; * Install, configure, and update software; * Perform preventive maintenance; * Perform configurations according to customer requests; * Gather and preliminarily assess customer requests; * Provide specific support via e\-mail; * Conduct on-site and/or online training; * Implement systems for new companies; * Monitor releases, notifications, manuals, messages, and mantis to stay updated on system requests, implementations, and fixes; * Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on the corporate vehicle; * Other duties inherent to the position.
