Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM; Saturday: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Operate industrial sewing machines to produce parts with precision and quality. * Interpret technical drawings and patterns to ensure correct product assembly. * Perform adjustments and basic maintenance on sewing machines to ensure continuous operation. * Follow quality control standards to identify and correct defects in produced parts. * Organize the workplace according to 5S practices to ensure safety and efficiency. * Record daily production for monitoring and performance tracking. * Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and reduce waste. * Communicate\-with the quality department to implement continuous improvements in products. * Contribute to achieving production targets, positively impacting company results. * Participate in training and updates to enhance technical and operational skills. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or equivalent practical experience. * Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting technical manuals. * Clear communication skills for understanding instructions and teamwork. ?? Technical Competencies * Solid experience in industrial sewing using straight-stitch, overlock, and binding machines. * Advanced proficiency in finishing techniques and quality control. * Ability to perform adjustments and basic maintenance on sewing machines. * Knowledge of pattern reading and technical specifications. ??
