Job Summary: Responsible for leading the bakery team and processes, with a focus on customers and results, ensuring the department's operation and coordinating product execution. Key Highlights: 1. New Product Development in Partnership with a Nutritionist **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating Shift \| 44 hours/week **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Lead the bakery team and processes with a focus on customers and results, aligned with company policies and values; * Oversee department operations (organization, production, replenishment, cleaning, pricing, promotions, and shelf-life control), ensuring compliance with departmental procedures, completing checklists, and implementing necessary preventive and corrective actions; * Lead the team using the company's people management model and with management approvals, monitoring headcount, conducting meetings and training, requesting position and salary adjustments, performing performance evaluations, controlling working hours, and applying disciplinary measures; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety regulations, providing necessary guidance and oversight; * Manage inventory and losses within the department, performing required controls per established procedures; * Maintain the department’s physical infrastructure, arranging purchases, maintenance, and repairs as approved by management; * Coordinate bread and pastry production according to recipes and quality standards; * Ensure customer service and implementation of the Machado Service Standard across the team, providing necessary guidance and oversight; * Collaborate with the nutritionist to develop new products, maintaining product diversity; * Assist with other department/store activities as needed and per leadership instructions. **Requirements:** * Completed High School; * Technical or undergraduate studies in progress (e.g., Administration, Management, etc**;** * Prior experience in management or within the bakery sector; * Leadership skills; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PWD.** **Work Location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site snacks, Health Insurance, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
