Job Summary: A professional to work on the development of real estate projects, supporting activities and monitoring deadlines for BIM-based projects and construction works. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the development of real estate projects 2. Support various activities and requirements of real estate projects 3. Monitor project deadlines and schedules (BIM) and construction works * Join the team developing real estate projects; * Support daily activities and diverse requirements of real estate projects in collaboration with the developer; * Feasibility studies; monitor deadlines and schedules of projects being developed and coordinated on the BIM platform, liaising with all involved designers; * Monitor construction deadlines and schedules together with the engineering team. Requirements: * Education: Currently pursuing or completed Architecture degree * Courses and Tools: AutoCAD, BIM, SketchUp, Trello, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred. * Driver's License Category B * Course: Project Management (a plus)
