Collaborate in a team and work independently **Job Title** Technical and Warehouse Support Technician **Role** The Technical and Warehouse Support Technician for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, improving, and ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment, including UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) and ROVs (Remotely Operated Vehicles) and NoMan Camera system. **Reporting to** Deputy Regional Operations Manager (Europe Africa) **Academic Competencies** * MQF Level 2 in foundations of electronics or mechatronics engineering, with at least 3 years of experience. * Wireman License ‘B’ with at least two years of experience in fault finding for power and control circuits. * Competency in Google and Microsoft Applications. * Good written and spoken English **Experience Competencies and Skills** * Troubleshooting electrical, electronics and mechanical systems. * Strong technical problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. * Proven attention to detail and ability to adhere to safety protocols. * A positive can\-do attitude with the ability to communicate with internal and external customers * Good time management skills and flexibility of working hours. * Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. * Effective communication and team collaboration skills. **Responsibilities** * Deliver technical support through detailed analysis reports, troubleshooting, and the design, improvement, and development of equipment and systems. * Complete all service logs * Maintain equipment service and repair records in Equipment Management System. * Assist storeman in maintaining and planning spares * Adherence to SHEQ requirements. * Ensure safe and good housekeeping practices within Stores environment * Responsible for receiving goods in and arranging shipment of equipment to external organisation and EM\&I
