Description: * Bachelor's degree required; * Experience in Customer Support; * Experience managing a customer portfolio; * Experience monitoring performance indicators; * Must reside in Sorriso \- MT; * Manage the customer portfolio and track customer performance throughout their entire journey with the product; * Plan and deliver targeted training sessions aligned with specific customer needs and the company's strategic objectives; * Strategically promote upsell and cross\-sell opportunities within the existing customer base, as well as prospect and convert new customers; * Continuously strive to achieve desired customer outcomes, aiming to create expansion opportunities and reduce churn risk; * Conduct both on-site and remote visits, consistently improving and maximizing the use of our solutions, directing efforts toward achieving the customer's desired outcomes; * Understand customers' business models and identify their business needs; * Track customer success criteria, anticipate potential issues, and identify scalable use cases for other customers; * Support the presentation of best practices for solution usage; * Identify service/experience gaps based on customer feedback; * Systematically monitor key performance indicators, customer engagement, and satisfaction metrics; * Record all interactions and relevant information for each customer, ensuring proper information management. 2511260202401831554
