Opportunity available What we offer: \* A stimulating and challenging work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Competitive compensation and attractive benefits. * Inclusive and collaborative workplace culture. * High-impact, highly relevant projects. **Job Description:** **Ensure field services (primarily telecommunications) operate effectively, on schedule, and with high quality**. * **Technical team management** * Supervise field technicians (installers, repair technicians, maintenance technicians), monitor productivity, organize schedules, and distribute tasks. * **Service monitoring** * Ensure installations, maintenance, and repairs (internet, telephony, fiber, etc.) are performed correctly and on time. * **Performance indicator (KPI) control** * Monitor targets such as: * response time * resolution rate * rework * service quality * **Interaction with Claro** * Serve as the primary point of contact with the client (Claro), participating in meetings, aligning requirements, and being accountable for contractual outcomes. * **Technical and operational support** * Assist in resolving more complex field issues and provide support to the team as needed. * **Material and resource management** * Control usage of equipment, vehicles, tools, and supplies. * **Quality and safety** * Ensure services comply with technical standards and safety regulations (use of PPE, procedures, etc.).
