Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and executing safety initiatives, ensuring legal compliance, managing training and inspections, and enhancing risk analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Annual safety planning and execution 2. Legal compliance assurance and safety training 3. Partner safety management and risk analysis Plan annual safety actions; Conduct training sessions according to the annual schedule; Perform safety inspections in internal unit areas; Ensure CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) complies with legal requirements; Guarantee compliance with current legal requirements; Monitor partner safety management within the unit; Track periodic medical examinations; Ensure proper management of accident-related information and other safety data; Enhance risk analysis across various sales routes; Ensure safety conditions for vehicle users and operations teams; Reduce unsafe acts and behaviors committed by company vehicle users; Ensure proper partner management; Monitor partners’ compliance with safety requirements; Guarantee that 100% of company employees understand safety processes; Ensure correct utilization of available resources for structural adjustments and material procurement.
