Onboarding of new employees and Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) The Food Sector is seeking an Occupational Safety Technician in Várzea Grande. **Responsibilities:** Conduct daily inspections in production areas (e.g., slaughter, offal processing, media, deboning, etc.). Identify unsafe conditions and behaviors, suggesting corrective and preventive actions. Analyze physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, and mechanical hazards, with emphasis on low-temperature, high-humidity environments and the use of blades and cutting tools. Monitor the use of Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring replenishment, guidance, and suitability for identified hazards. Deliver and supervise mandatory training (NRs), including NR\-12, NR\-35, NR\-33, NR\-36 (for refrigerated facilities), NR\-10, first aid, and fire brigade training. Onboard new employees with a focus on safety. Conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) with operational teams. Previous experience as an Occupational Safety Engineer, Occupational Safety Analyst, Occupational Safety Consultant, or Occupational Safety Supervisor may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
