Job Summary: Responsible for issuing and verifying material requisitions and purchase orders, planning, obtaining quotations, procuring materials, preparing contracts, and monitoring receipt of controlled materials. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in procurement and material management for construction projects. 2. Preparation and management of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. 3. Monitoring quality during material receipt. **Responsibilities:** * Issue and verify material requisitions and purchase orders; \- * Plan, obtain quotations, and procure approved materials and equipment rentals as authorized by the Site Manager/Project Manager; * Prepare supplier and subcontractor contracts according to standard templates and their respective measurements, supported by site engineering; * Conduct / monitor material receipt and inspection, and complete specific forms and records for controlled materials as required by the quality management system; * Finalize purchases considering optimal price, payment terms, and delivery schedule to control company costs.
