Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior IT Procurement Specialist to support technology procurement processes, including quotations, negotiations, and contract monitoring in accordance with company policies. Serve as the interface between internal departments and suppliers We seek a Junior IT Procurement Specialist to support procurement activities within the Information Technology area, executing quotations, assisting in negotiations, and monitoring contracts, all in compliance with company policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support IT procurement processes (hardware, software, licenses, and services); * Conduct quotations and comparative analysis of proposals; * Assist in formalizing purchase orders and contracts; * Monitor deadlines, deliveries, and renewals; * Serve as the interface between internal departments and suppliers; * Support controls, performance indicators, and departmental organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Initial interest or experience in procurement or IT; Basic knowledge of negotiation and supply chain processes; Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills.
