Serve as the interface between internal departments and suppliers We seek a Junior IT Procurement Specialist to support procurement activities within the Information Technology area, executing quotations, assisting in negotiations, and monitoring contracts, all in compliance with company policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support IT procurement processes (hardware, software, licenses, and services); * Conduct quotations and comparative analysis of proposals; * Assist in formalizing purchase orders and contracts; * Monitor deadlines, deliveries, and renewals; * Serve as the interface between internal departments and suppliers; * Support controls, performance indicators, and departmental organization. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree; Initial interest or experience in procurement or IT; Basic knowledge of negotiation and supply chain processes; Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills.
