**Main Responsibilities:**
* Process unit billing, verifying incoming and outgoing raw material invoices;
* Weigh trucks both upon entry and exit, checking for weight variance upon exit;
* Reconcile branch inventory, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing movements comply with the Company’s established processes and procedures;
* Perform daily preliminary review of all movements, verifying any discrepancies in raw material inflows and outflows; biomass and any other items received or dispatched from the unit;
* Assist in training new employees on company processes;
* Reconcile orders, dispatches, and loading documents issued by Logistics against the contract signed by the Commercial Area (Origination and Raw Materials);
* Adjust freight charges when raw material quantity discrepancies occur;
* Support peer departments (Logistics, Warehousing, Raw Materials, and Commercial), as well as external customers;
* Conduct supplier research via SEFAZ and Sintegra systems to verify pending issues related to CPF and/or CNPJ;
* Verify whether railway terminal scheduling has been correctly performed.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Availability for on\-site work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, off\-season. During harvest season, shift work and rotating schedules (5x1 or 6x1) apply;
* Knowledge of billing, weighing scales, and inventory control;
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
