The company is accelerating its growth to create an excellent agricultural supply chain, anchored in China and globally competitive in scale. **Job Responsibilities:** Ensure the receipt and storage of products according to the company's quality standards and quantity targets, through proper classification, cleaning, and drying; Prepare quotations, material budgets, and preventive and corrective maintenance plans to keep machinery and equipment operating normally; Maintain product quality until delivery by continuously monitoring storage conditions and performing aeration as needed; Ensure safety in all tasks to prevent workplace accidents through team training and guidance on company safety regulations; Conduct pre\-harvest planning to assess staffing needs (direct and indirect) for the harvest period, as well as potential improvements at the facility. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields (in progress or completed); Completed technical education; Experience in people management; Flexible availability; Knowledge of product storage and quality procedures.
