Join us!** **** ### **Position Summary** A senior professional responsible for leading the development and architecture of Java-based backend solutions for agri-business platforms. You will work on mission-critical systems handling high-volume data, machine telemetry, agricultural operations management, and complex integrations. Strong technical expertise, systemic thinking, and the ability to serve as the team’s technical reference are expected. ### **Key Responsibilities** * + Lead the design, development, and evolution of APIs and microservices in **Java/Spring Boot**. + Define scalable and resilient architectures for agri-business applications. + Optimize processes, API performance, and data persistence strategies. + Conduct code reviews, mentor less-experienced developers, and ensure adherence to technical standards. + Implement advanced security and monitoring strategies. + Integrate agricultural systems, IoT devices, telemetry data, and field management platforms. + Contribute to documentation, architectural decisions, and technical roadmaps. + Collaborate closely with Product and Data teams to translate operational needs into robust solutions. * ### **Mandatory Requirements** * + Solid experience (8+ years) in **Java**, **Spring Boot**, and microservice architecture. + Proficiency in **SQL** databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and **NoSQL** databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB). + Expertise in **messaging systems** (Kafka, RabbitMQ). + Extensive hands-on experience with **Docker, Kubernetes**, CI/CD, and observability tools. + Proven cloud experience (preferably **AWS**). + Strong understanding of design patterns, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), best practices, and automated testing. + Demonstrated experience building large-scale, highly available systems. * ### **Preferred Qualifications** * + Advanced knowledge of agricultural telemetry, IoT, GIS, or georeferencing. + Prior experience in the agri-business sector. + Experience with event-driven architecture. + Experience integrating with ERPs and intelligent harvesting equipment. **What We Offer****** * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible working hours.
