Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks for the Role** * **Design end-to-end data architectures** (ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption); * Design and implement **complex, mission-critical pipelines**, both batch and real-time, with high reliability; * Define and apply **development standards, versioning, monitoring, and observability**; * Lead initiatives on **data quality, governance, and lineage**; * Drive strong **performance and cost optimization** on Azure; * Develop advanced solutions using **Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Python**; * Create and review **complex DAGs in Airflow**, ensuring resilience and scalability; * Support and mentor mid-level and junior engineers (technical mentoring); * Work closely with business stakeholders, translating strategic needs into data solutions; * Evaluate, test, and recommend **new technologies and architectures**; * Ensure efficient integration with **Power BI and analytical layers**; * Actively participate in technical decision-making and data roadmap planning. **Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience with **batch and streaming pipeline architecture and implementation**; * Proficiency in **advanced SQL and query tuning**; * Strong hands-on experience with **Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Python**; * Deep expertise in **Airflow** (best practices, scalability, monitoring); * Experience designing **Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse architectures** on Azure; * Solid knowledge of **Power BI**, including modeling impact and DAX; * Experience with **data governance, quality, and security**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Applied statistics and data analysis; * Proficiency in **pandas and numpy**; * Practical experience with **Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms**; * Knowledge of FinOps or cloud cost optimization (a plus). **Behavioral Competencies** * Technical leadership and influence; * Systemic and strategic vision; * Strong decision-making ability; * Clear communication with both technical teams and executives; * Proactivity and ownership mindset. **What We Offer** * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible working hours.
