If your purpose aligns with **\#OurWay**, buckle up and join this journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Daily billing monitoring, * Follow-up and collection of consultant returns, * Monitoring of pending quotations, * Reporting status of goods pending delivery, * Training the sales team (internal processes), * Customer service (entering quotations and generating sales orders), * Monthly schedule of customer visits, * Recording payments payable and receivable, * Bank reconciliation, bank statements, cash composition, and cash cover, * Credit card settlement and reconciliation, * Submitting tickets to register suppliers, * Sending e\-mails to Customer Support and Collections (Portador X05 X03\), * Submitting tickets for fiscal entries \| transmission adjustments \| invoice issuance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school; * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred); * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in service provision and general customer service (internal and external); * Experience with the Protheus system will be considered an advantage; Temporary position to cover maternity leave (for 6 months). * **Additional Information** * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance; * Flexible benefits; * Life insurance; * Totalpass; * Day Off \- Time off on your birthday; * 6-month maternity assistance and 20-day paternity assistance (Citizen Company Program); * Growth opportunity aligned with your delivery speed. **We are the national reference** for heavy and agricultural machinery parts, with over 30 years of history.
