We are currently accepting applications for our MECHANIC TRAINING SCHOOL , designed to develop new talent through high-level theoretical and practical training. **What You Will Learn and Do:** **During the program, you will:** Attend theoretical and practical training sessions in workshops, laboratories, and online platforms; Operate hydraulic and electrical simulators with supervisor support to develop technical skills; Assist in component washing, assembly, and disassembly activities, learning hands-on; Conduct technical research using specialized literature and portals such as CATERPILLAR to strengthen your knowledge; Periodic evaluations including both theoretical and practical assessments. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Be at least 18 years old; Technical course preferred (mechanics, electricity, electromechanics, or related fields); Prior knowledge or experience in mechanics and/or electricity preferred; Interest in pursuing a career in Caterpillar equipment maintenance (Mining or Construction); Availability to attend the program Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, for 6 months; Driver’s license Class B preferred; **Benefits:** **Benefits offered during the program (CLT):** Market-competitive training allowance; Health insurance plan; Dental insurance plan; Pharmacy assistance; Funeral assistance; Quality of Life Program; Health campaigns; Personal Support Program; Christmas card; Birthday Day Off; Chartered transportation or transportation voucher; Wellhub; On-site cafeteria and/or meal voucher.
