Job Summary: Responsible for designing technical solutions, supervising concessionaire services, collecting field data, preparing reports, and supervising teams to ensure compliance with projects. Technical data analysis and preparation of reports and budgets. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) Design medium-complexity technical solutions; Define required data for activity execution; Prepare reports, descriptive memos, and budgets; Analyze and evaluate pavement conditions using Surface Macrotexture (Sand Patch) and Benkelman Beam Deflection tests; Perform supervision activities for services executed by Concessionaires in the areas of Traffic Signage, Operations, Traffic Management, Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Pavement; Collect field data; Guide and supervise field teams on execution procedures related to assigned activities; Develop and monitor construction schedules; Ensure that products/services under responsibility comply with project and construction specifications; Design and analyze performance indicators; Research and update relevant bibliographies regarding new materials, specifications, equipment, and techniques with potential to enhance conventional procedures; Handle technical requirements related to processes under responsibility; Provide necessary information to clients, management, coordinators, advisors, and department heads; Comply with administrative procedures; Prepare client-specific reports; Plan and monitor team activities under supervision; Assist supervisors and coordinators in preparing client-specific reports; Perform other related duties; **Requirements:** Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat **Benefits:** No benefits provided
