Support distillation processes and control operations **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Provided during the interview. **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Participate daily in the sector's shift change process, handing over occurrences and information generated during production, paying attention to formal records made by the responsible employee, verifying site cleanliness, reports, and machinery, checking for anomalies, taking corrective actions when necessary, and clarifying possible doubts with the area manager, aiming for communication alignment and smooth process execution; * Perform daily and/or scheduled cleaning of the sector, TFE, equipment, disinfection of tanks, hoses, tools, and other utensils, following specific procedures as well as instructions from the Integrated Management System (SGI), standards outlined in the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual, FSSC 22000, RDC 34\-2015, using supporting tools and correctly recording in specific forms, paying attention\-to potential contaminants, to establish a routine system for cleaning and sanitization of the area and sector equipment, ensuring product quality and safety as well as a clean, organized, and cross-contamination-free environment; * Support the glycerin residue distillation process daily, as described in the procedure, performing sampling and monitoring its characteristics, delivering samples to the laboratory for analysis, conducting field verification, and reporting information to supervision according to the shift checklist, aiming for proper operation of the residual glycerin recovery process in the concentrate and, consequently, ensuring refined glycerin yield; * May be assigned daily as PCC and PPRO monitor, per company procedures and standards, covering all industrial processing stages to prevent non-conforming products from reaching customers; * Perform maneuvers and monitor control parameters—charcoal, pressure, flow rate, level, temperature—in drying, distillation, deodorization, bleaching, and filtration areas, as well as results from refined glycerin samples, following collection routines and specific procedures, aiming for refined glycerin quality within specifications and safe food-grade product for the market as a food additive, while also ensuring operational and quality control compliance with market requirements as a pharmaceutical excipient and safe, correct process operation; * Assist in product transfers, such as crude glycerin, and perform sampling of refined glycerin and others when required and within schedule, as described in the procedure, to supply the refined glycerin process without product spills; * Support scheduled shutdowns, following procedures, performing field maneuvers in the correct sequence and verifying product dispatch as instructed, aiming for a short, correct, and safe shutdown that allows process resumption without anomalies; * Assist in operating the glycerin process vacuum system as needed, following the procedure, aiming for vacuum system operation under project-defined conditions, pre\-defined distillation and deodorization parameters. **Requirements:** * Elementary education; * Proactivity. **Benefits:** Health insurance plan, dental insurance plan, on\-site meals, transportation, meal allowance
