**Role Overview:** As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of studio projects, from setup to decommissioning, as well as the business\-as\-usual activities of the teams, in a fast\-paced online casino environment. You will coordinate with studio technicians and cross\-functional teams to ensure that AV technology and infrastructure are procured, installed, and dismantled efficiently while maintaining operational standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Work closely with internal teams to plan and oversee the delivery of studio projects, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met. * Coordinate with Studio Technicians to ensure AV equipment is procured, installed, disassembled and stored per project requirements. * Assist in the assignment of tasks to studio technicians, optimizing resource allocation across multiple projects. * Liaise with production, engineering, IT, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless project execution. * Ensure all studio setups meet technical and operational standards, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues. * Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or technical failures. * Continuously evaluate workflows and propose efficiency improvements for studio operations. * Ensure that all studio installations comply with regulatory, safety, and operational guidelines. **Requirements:** * 3\+ years of experience in service/project delivery. * Ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously with strong * organizational skills. * Proven ability to manage and allocate tasks effectively within a technical team. * Basic understanding of and experience in AV equipment, studio infrastructure, and * broadcasting technology is considered an asset. * Quick decision\-making skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external * stakeholders. * Ability to adapt to fast\-paced and evolving studio environments. * Familiarity with health \& safety standards is a plus **What’s in it for you?** * Experience a dynamic and team\-orientated work environment. * Opportunities for personal growth and learning * An open, inclusive and supportive team where you will be valued, and your suggestions will be welcome. * 24 days paid holiday per year.
