The General Services Operational Assistant is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and organizing toll plazas, yards, tunnels, and external company areas, using cleaning equipment and tools appropriately to ensure safe and hygienic environments, monitoring the validity of chemical products, and strictly complying with established safety regulations and procedures. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean toll lanes daily using brooms, shovels, hand carts, high-pressure washers, blowers, and other necessary tools to ensure workplace cleanliness; * Use PPE when performing tasks to ensure work safety in accordance with the company’s safety standards, on a daily basis; * Perform daily cleaning of internal yards using brooms for sanitation and applying cleaning agents to remove accumulated residues; * Maintain cleaning equipment properly, ensuring correct usage and maintenance, checking their condition, and requesting replacements when necessary; * Clean external surfaces of toll booths, islands, guardrails, traffic signs, and delineator cones throughout the entire toll plaza area; * Clean external parking lots by removing weeds, debris, and keeping the area clean and organized; * Clean tunnels; * Periodically monitor the validity of chemical products and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ensuring compliance with safety regulations; * Strictly follow SDS instructions to ensure safe and appropriate handling of chemical products in compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION** * Completed elementary education. **ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED)** * Prior experience in this role; * Experience in minor hydraulic and/or masonry maintenance repairs. **Additional Information** Market-competitive salary; Meal allowance; Health insurance plan extendable to dependents; Dental insurance plan extendable to dependents; Life insurance; Childcare assistance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Private pension plan; Day-Off; Gym assistance; Partnership agreements with secondary (EJA), higher education, and postgraduate institutions; Language school partnership (English); Pharmacy partnership; Psychological support services; Employee referral program.
