Job Summary: Responsible for the daily cleaning and organization of common areas in dormitories, ensuring pleasant environments and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Perform cleaning and organization of common areas. 2. Maintain clean and pleasant environments at all times. 3. Ensure safety and hygiene procedures. * Perform daily cleaning of dormitory common areas, such as living rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, and other spaces. * Organize and maintain environments clean and pleasant for residents. * Wash, dry, and store utensils and equipment used in cleaning activities. * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies as needed. * Assist in organizing outdoor areas and ensure proper waste disposal. * Ensure that safety and hygiene procedures are correctly followed. * Wash, dry, and iron clothes. ### **Requirements** * Incomplete elementary education or higher; * Prior experience in cleaning or general services is a **plus**, but not mandatory. * Organization, attention to detail, and responsibility. * Punctuality and commitment to work schedule. **Compensation:** * Salary R$ 1\.821,60 \+ 10% Attendance Bonus: R$ 2\.003,76 * Health Insurance and Dental Insurance (after 3 months); * Meal Allowance R$ 35.00 per day; * Transportation Allowance (4% deduction); * Wellhub (Gympass); * Internal Career Opportunities; * Employee Referral Program; * SESC benefits, among others. **Work Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Thursday: 07:00–17:00 \| Friday: 07:00–16:00 * Dormitories in Nova Mutum \- MT ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Attendance Bonus, Flexible Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance, Wellhub \- formerly Gympass, SESC benefits, Internal Career Opportunities ### **Department:** Operations
