Perform preventive maintenance Carry out assigned tasks by providing technical support to customers, assisting with inquiries, collaborating on preventive maintenance, identifying issues, and supporting issue resolution to ensure efficient system operation for the customer's operational and strategic success. * Provide customer support via phone, chat, and in-person; * Resolve configuration-related issues; * Install, configure, and update software; * Perform preventive maintenance; * Perform configurations according to customer requests; * Conduct assessments and pre-evaluate customer requests; * Provide specific support via e\-mail; * Conduct on-site and/or online training; * Implement solutions for new companies; * Monitor releases, notifications, manuals, messages, and Mantis updates to stay current with requests, implementations, and system fixes; * Maintain and perform preventive maintenance on the corporate vehicle; * Perform other duties inherent to the position.
