Opportunity for employee development and training Support research activities for soybean and corn crops, with emphasis on nursery-related tasks. Lead evaluation activities, foliar sample collection, planting, harvesting, and experimental conduct. Perform area mapping activities using company-provided applications. Responsibilities: Follow Corteva's quality and safety procedures. Coordinate evaluations and data collection within established deadlines, adhering to protocols while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Meet activity scheduling deadlines and act as a verifier for these within your responsibilities. Assist with planting, management, and harvesting of trials both inside and occasionally outside the station. Lead and supervise temporary staff within the team. Perform tasks both on-site and off-site following Corteva's safety protocols. Participate in company-provided training courses for professional development. Maintain company equipment. Train employees to improve operational task performance. Ensure trial quality both on-site and off-site. Set up trials in company applications. Perform and ensure the quality of collected data. Assume responsibility for Safety (EHS) and Quality (CAMS) matters alongside the team and other site focal points. Support experimental data analysis, including data quality. Lead foliar sample collection for genotyping. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related fields. Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office suite). Experience with soybean and corn crops. Experience in field trial evaluation and experimentation. Experience with research applications (e.g., creating locations and trials). Valid driver's license, Class B. Willingness to travel. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively. Proficiency with technological equipment (GPS, computers, iPads, etc.). Basic English proficiency. Punctuality in meeting established goals. Commitment to safety.
