Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and generalist HR Analyst to join our People & Management team, supporting strategic and operational Human Resources processes. Key Highlights: 1. Implement training and development initiatives Juara – Mato Grosso We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our People \& Management team at our Juara/MT unit. We seek an organized, proactive, and generalist professional who is skilled in interpersonal interactions and capable of supporting strategic and operational HR processes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes; Support managers in aligning candidate profiles and internal mobility; Conduct onboarding for new employees; Implement training and development initiatives; Support performance evaluation, organizational climate, and internal marketing processes; Provide HR-related support to employees; Monitor HR metrics and assist in report preparation; Assist with administrative HR tasks and interface with the Payroll Department; Contribute to strengthening organizational culture and leadership development. Requirements Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; Prior experience in generalist HR, recruitment and selection, or human development; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and analytical ability; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Willingness to work onsite in Juara/MT. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the agribusiness sector; Experience handling high volumes of operational job openings; Familiarity with HR metrics and recruitment tools.
