Job Summary: A professional to operate the mineral processing system, monitor all related activities, and ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of machines and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and monitoring of mineral processing procedures 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment 3. Focus on safety, innovation, and professional development Prepare machines, equipment, and materials for the mineral processing operations at the plant. Monitor all activities in the mineral processing procedure according to established protocols and comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate the mineral processing system, strictly adhering to all procedures; * Analyze operational parameters. * Ensure cleaning of scales, circulation areas, proper installation of conveyor belt guards, and moving parts; * Verify that all equipment—including feeders, grizzlies, hoists, scrapers, aligning rollers, and crushers—is in perfect working condition. * Monitor flotation operational parameters, as well as feed particle size distribution and pH; * Understand, monitor, and adjust operational parameters at the mineral processing plant (grinding, crushing, intensive leaching, CIL, sampling). * Inspect mineral processing machines and equipment. * Request maintenance for machines and equipment. * Feed all mineral processing systems. * Control ore particle size dimensions. * Monitor production capacity. * Analyze production orders. * Control raw material inflow and outflow. * Clean machines and equipment for maintenance. * Adjust machines and equipment when necessary; * Maintain machines and equipment in safe operating condition; * Identify bottlenecks during production. * Clean walkways and platforms; * Provide support to other operational areas **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Experience and knowledge of Plant Mineral Processing procedures—grinding, crushing, intensive leaching, CIL, sampling. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Driver's License Category B **Additional Information** * On-site meals * Company-provided transportation * Life insurance * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Meal allowance * Housing assistance * Christmas basket * Childcare assistance * PRL (Programa de Redução de Lesões) At P.A.
