




Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing examination rooms, equipment, materials, and patients for examinations, as well as receiving, registering, and assisting physicians. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation and operational assurance of examination rooms and equipment 2. Direct assistance to physicians and patient positioning for examinations 3. Patient reception, registration, and verification of authorizations * Prepare examination rooms, verify the functionality of equipment—including ultrasound and densitometry machines, air conditioning, and TVs—and ensure that all necessary materials for each examination are available and ready for use; * Receive and verify reports with images, seal and deliver examination results to patients or hospitals; * Verify whether clients have completed the required preparation for examinations according to physician orders and internal criteria; provide pre- and post-examination instructions; position clients for examinations; and assist physicians; * Receive clients, open attendance records, verify health insurance authorization against the client's/patient's health plan card information, confirm the type of examination requested, validate the examination order, and register the client by entering their data into the electronic system.
