Enter into SAP purchase and service invoices for the unit according to invoice data, meeting due dates. 2\. Monitor and identify payments made, in order to perform bank reconciliations. 3\. Record copies of invoices for which the company is responsible, using Soft Expert. 4\. Monitor receipt of bills along with their respective due dates, contacting suppliers and, if necessary, forwarding them and informing the parent company's finance department. 5\. Issue, monitor, identify entries, and record write-offs in the system for all unit assets, based on the item number provided by the branch manager. 6\. Issue invoices for outgoing goods write-offs. 8\. Scale-related activities, such as weighing, issuing invoices for product shipments, and joint verification with direct inventory responsible personnel to ensure balance accuracy. 9\. Generate reports for adjustments with service providers. 10\. Responsibility for petty cash fund entries and amounts. 11\. Request travel reservations (flights, hotels) for employees traveling on company business. 12\. Request employee travel advances, as well as receive and record employee travel expense reports. 13\. Actively participate in and contribute to the implementation of AMAGGI’s corporate programs and initiatives, such as SSO, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Reliability, Socio-environmental, Compliance, and Asset Security, among others. 14\.
