Below are the details of the position: Support scheduling deliveries to customers to ensure they are carried out properly and on time; Perform follow-up on deliveries to ensure adherence to routing plans and analyze discrepancies, correcting them as needed; Address customer needs and requests (both internal and external); Support responses to customer inquiries—including via CRM—to ensure appropriate and timely service, escalating to the immediate supervisor when lacking required information for requested responses; Receive helpers/drivers upon their return from routes, verifying deliveries, quantities, mileage, signatures, re-scheduling requirements, initial vs. final weight, etc.; Ensure PDAs are charged and ready for drivers/helpers’ departure the following morning; And other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, according to departmental needs. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** High school studies in progress, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Minimum age 18 ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Gas Voucher, On-site Meal, Life Insurance, Online Shopping Benefits Club, Wellhub — formerly Gympass ### **Department:** Administrative Distribution Logistics
