**Administrative Assistant – Sorriso/MT**

**What will be your responsibilities?**
* Assisting drivers;
* Generating loading/production orders;
* Performing various system registrations in Atlas;
* Ensuring all delivery receipts are signed upon issuing invoices;
* Handling various billing activities;
* Monitoring online inventory processing to ensure efficiency of the company’s online inventory tools;
* Creating unloading orders and notifications;
* Controlling vehicle entry and exit flow at the factory according to formula sequencing;
* Executing administrative outbound material routines, invoice dispatch, and truck weighing, following company procedures.
* Preparing required documentation and support materials for finished product weighing/dispatch, aiming to streamline vehicle entry/exit flow alongside the production line, as well as other processes involving loading and unloading, ensuring reliability in meeting daily production schedules;
* Complying with internal control procedures for SOX audits;
* Conducting vehicle weighing strictly adhering to all company safety procedures and regulations—with special attention to unit-specific weighing processes, particularly preventing accidents involving gates;
* Ensuring vehicles do not depart overloaded, in accordance with DNIT weight tables;
* Supporting unit cut-off activities by zeroing or isolating bays;
* Following vehicle marking procedures according to daily quotas under the Elo project;
* Issuing debit notes when scale discrepancies exceed the 0.5% tolerance during raw material receipt;
* Providing information related to Material Receiving and Dispatch to requesting departments;
* Observing tasks performed by third parties and monitoring compliance with safety procedures
**What are we looking for?**

* SAP knowledge (preferred);
* Administrative expertise, scale process knowledge, and inventory management experience
