WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES? * Responsible for keeping the entire kitchen clean and ensuring all areas are sanitized according to health surveillance regulations for receiving goods and staff; * Responsible for organizing cleaning supplies and refilling soap, gel, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers in all applicable locations; * Responsible for operating dishwashers (plates and glasses) and sanitizing utensils, containers, and cookware; * Responsible for properly storing utensils, tableware, and containers to ensure efficiency during usage; * Follow the Good Practices Manual.
