Here, you will be part of a collaborative team in an organized environment focused on service quality. * Safely refuel vehicles according to internal procedures. * Provide friendly customer service, clarifying questions about products and services. * Verify amounts and accept payments in cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods. * Offer additional products (lubricants, additives, services, etc.). * Assist with cleaning and organizing the fueling area and common spaces. * Check basic vehicle items (oil, coolant, tire pressure), when requested. * Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a gas station attendant, fuel station clerk, or in customer service. * Completion of elementary education. * Availability to work rotating shifts and various schedules (including weekends/holidays, as needed). * Good communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor. * Ability to handle cash and operate payment systems attentively. * Commitment to safety regulations and operational procedures. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience at high-volume fuel stations. * Basic knowledge of lubricants, additives, and automotive services. * Experience with sales targets and offering additional services. * Residence in an area easily accessible to the fuel station.
