Description: If you: * Have a Technical Course in Automotive Maintenance. * Hold a Brazilian National Driver's License, Category B. * Have knowledge of Automotive Mechanics, Electro-electronics, and Bodywork. * Have basic computer skills. The following will be considered as advantages: * Previous experience working at vehicle dealerships. * Perform periodic inspections, repairs, and replacement of vehicle system components and parts using conventional and specialized tools to ensure proper vehicle operation. * Ensure daily proper execution of services, prioritizing repairs on vehicles under your responsibility to guarantee full customer satisfaction. * Comply daily with the manufacturer’s established service standards and processes, staying updated to perform your activities effectively and excellently. * Record daily the start and completion time of each job performed on scheduled vehicles, adhering to manufacturer and Group standards and measuring the time spent on each task. * Retrieve parts, when necessary, from the parts counter to fully complete the service on vehicles under your responsibility. * Report on the Service Order (SO) all services and repairs performed on the vehicle, promptly reporting to the Workshop Supervisor whenever required, to comply with the manufacturer/Group GNC safety requirements. * Verify additional services and/or repairs, informing and requesting supplementary quotations from Technical Consultants, proactively acting to ensure customer satisfaction. * Keep your Senior Management and Supervision informed about the progress of tasks under your responsibility, seeking solutions to any issues encountered, enabling management oversight of activities. * Carry out other tasks delegated by the area manager. * Attend in-person and web-based manufacturer training courses according to the course schedule provided by the Human Resources Department, to ensure passing scores and maintain the index defined by the manufacturer. * Respect the needs, integrity, expectations, and privacy of our customers, colleagues, third parties, suppliers, communities, institutions, and governments, ensuring compliance with the Group’s Code of Ethics. 2512290202491630495
