Job Summary: A professional to identify, validate, and legalize new real estate developments, managing business acquisition, approvals, and institutional relationships within the Campo Grande Regional. Since our founding in 2010, we have believed in the potential to co-create meaningful stories with our clients; to become part of their lives, we went further: committing to quality and efficient developments. **WE BELIEVE IN CHANGE—ESPECIALLY IN PEOPLE'S LIVES.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure 7LM's growth in the Campo Grande Regional by identifying, validating, and legalizing new real estate developments, proactively engaging with landowners, public officials, technical professionals, and other stakeholders involved in the real estate development chain. **Acquisition of New Business Opportunities** * Identify land parcels with potential for residential development (MCMV Housing Program Tiers 1 and 2). * Evaluate technical, commercial, and urban planning aspects of land parcels. * Negotiate directly with landowners, brokers, and intermediaries. * Present preliminary feasibility studies focused on financial return and alignment with 7LM standards. * Lead prospecting activities through to signing of exchange, purchase, or partnership agreements. **Legalization and Approvals** * Coordinate project approval processes with municipal, state, and federal agencies (PLANURB, SEMADUR, IMASUL, AGEHAB\-MS, notary offices, utility providers, and others). * Monitor approval timelines for building permits, environmental licensing, subdivision/condominium registration, and contracts with Caixa Econômica Federal. * Track deadlines, pending items, and technical submissions involving architects, urban planners, engineers, and legal advisors. * Support project structuring for contracting with Caixa Econômica Federal via the Production Support Program. **Institutional Relationship Management and Representation** * Represent 7LM before public agencies, municipal councils, and professional associations, maintaining a technically sound and company-culture-aligned posture. * Build a local professional network to facilitate project advancement (lawyers, licensing agents, engineers, brokers, political and community leaders). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in real estate development, land subdivisions, or project approvals. * Knowledge of urban legalization and notarial procedures for real estate developments. **Additional Information** This position is offered as a Service Provider role.
