Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for strategic management of the Free Contracting Environment (ACL) within Energisa Mato Grosso's concession area, ensuring regulatory compliance, economic sustainability, risk mitigation, and excellence in service delivery to free and potentially free customers. * Lead customer migration processes from the Regulated Contracting Environment (ACR) to the ACL, ensuring adherence to deadlines and requirements set forth by the Chamber of Electric Energy Commercialization (CCEE). * Act as the technical interface among customers, energy traders, the legal department, and the regulatory department. * Monitor metering, accounting, and financial settlements within the scope of the CCEE. * Ensure compliance with regulations issued by the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL), particularly Resolution No. 1,000/2021 and other applicable rules. * Support the Commercial Department in developing technical proposals and feasibility analyses for agribusiness, industrial, and large-load customers. * Monitor impacts related to seasonality, load modulation, exposure to the Short-Term Energy Price (PLD), and sectoral charges. * Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and regulatory risk analyses. * Track regulatory changes and assess their strategic impact on the concessionaire. * Provide consultative support to major customers, strengthening institutional relationships and regulatory predictability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge** * CCEE commercialization rules and procedures. * Tariff structure (TUSD, sectoral charges, contracted demand). * Load modeling and consumption profile analysis. * Advanced Excel (Power BI desirable). * Knowledge of Brazilian electricity sector regulation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the electricity sector (distribution company, trader, or large consumer). * Experience serving agribusiness and industrial customers. * Knowledge of energy portfolio management. **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest ENERGY.
