In this role, you will support the branch’s business area in serving members and customers (via electronic channels, phone, and front desk), providing information regarding Sicredi’s products and services. You will act as a **Customer Service Assistant**, performing operational and self-service support activities to ensure agile, efficient service delivery, business execution, and achievement of established goals. Conduct initial service (in-person or digital), welcoming and directing both members and non-members to the most appropriate channel. **Follow-up:** Record all service interactions in systems to ensure traceability and continuity by other team members. **Business Development:** Identify business opportunities and refer them to Managers or appropriate channels. **Member Guidance:** Support members in using products, services, and technologies, promoting autonomy and conscious usage. **Onboarding New Members:** Assist in integrating new members by introducing Sicredi and its values, encouraging engagement with the cooperative movement. **Community Representative:** Support the organization and execution of cooperative events within the community. **Technical Support and Reporting:** Submit technical reports to your immediate supervisor regarding specific observations in the service flow, contributing to continuous process improvement and enhanced member experience.
