Maintenance of the operational environment with material control **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM and from 1:00 PM to 5:45 PM **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT * Organize and manage documents using **electronic document management systems** to ensure easy access and information security. * Control schedules and appointments using tools such as **Google Calendar** or **Microsoft Outlook** to optimize team time. * Prepare administrative reports using **Excel** to support decision-making and performance indicator tracking. * Answer and route telephone calls and e\-mails, ensuring efficient communication with clients and suppliers. * Manage office supplies inventory and request replenishment via internal systems to maintain the operational environment. * Assist in organizing internal events and meetings, coordinating logistics and required resources. * **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, or related fields. * Solid experience using the **Microsoft Office** suite, especially **Excel**, **Word**, and **Outlook**. * Familiarity with administrative management systems and document control systems. * Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain both physical and digital files. * Knowledge of administrative routines, including schedule management, telephone support, and operational assistance. * Valid Brazilian driver's license, category "B". * **Benefits:** Meal allowance (R$38.00 per business day)
