




Job Summary: A procurement and inventory professional responsible for administrative and operational routines and goods control, including kitchen visits and report preparation. Control and organize inventory and perform verification visits * Support the procurement department in administrative and operational routines; * Conduct quotations, negotiations, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-ups; * Verify and receive goods, recording and organizing invoices; * Control and organize inventory, including order picking; * Conduct weekly kitchen visits to verify quantities, product expiration dates, and monitor the beef report; * Maintain up-to-date supplier records and update systems; * Prepare weekly and monthly control reports.
