**Main Responsibilities:** * Dispense medications and hospital supplies according to medical prescriptions; * Verify medical prescriptions, dosages, drug interactions, and compatibilities; * Control storage, expiration dates, and preservation conditions of medications and supplies; * Manage controlled substances (psychotropic and narcotic drugs) in compliance with current legislation; * Provide technical guidance to clinical staff regarding medications and rational drug use; * Participate in pharmacy inventory counts and stock control; * Record information and transactions in computerized systems; * Support traceability and patient safety processes; * Comply with health surveillance regulations, Regional Pharmacy Council requirements, and internal protocols; * Assist in audits, inspections, and hospital quality improvement initiatives; * Maintain department organization and cleanliness. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy. * Active registration with the Regional Pharmacy Council (CRF); * Prior experience in hospital pharmacy is desirable; * Basic computer skills and familiarity with hospital information systems.
