Description

Job Summary: Responsible for operating and executing activities across various process areas, ensuring equipment operation and manufacturing in compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Field area operations such as wastewater treatment, milling, and distillery. 2. Execution of basic manufacturing operations with a focus on safety and quality. 3. Operation of equipment and machinery to ensure production targets. * Responsible for operating a field area (ETE – Wastewater Treatment Plant, Milling, Cooking, Fermentation, Distillery, Evaporation, Solid Separation, or Drying); * Competently operate activities across all process areas (ETE – Wastewater Treatment Plant, Milling, Cooking, Fermentation, Distillery, Evaporation, Solid Separation, and Drying); * Competently operate activities across all process areas (ETE – Wastewater Treatment Plant, Milling, Cooking, Fermentation, Distillery, Evaporation, Solid Separation, and Drying), and operate a COI; * Execute raw material handling; * Execute basic manufacturing operations within respective areas in accordance with the organization’s safety and quality standards and procedures; * Operate production department equipment and machinery to ensure achievement of production targets; * Perform tasks in the operations and control section for distillery and fermentation equipment sets; * Regulate steam valves and stabilizers on stripping columns; * Monitor and properly facilitate product movement inside equipment; * Regulate steam water supply via valves; * Dose chemical products; * Analyze the production tower; * Conduct inspections using electronic equipment; * Apply safety procedures during operations; * Clean and organize the workplace; * Assist leadership when requested; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment.
