Description: We are seeking a Mechanical Technician - Lubricator to perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment, ensuring proper operation and extending service life. Responsibilities: * Assist leadership when requested; * Assist in auditing the execution of lubrication procedures; * Collaborate in developing lubrication plans; * Maintain lubrication tools and materials; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment; * Identify improvements leading to reduced time, improved processes, and lower costs; * Release lubricated machines and equipment, completing reports and incident records; * Clean and organize the workplace; * Lubricate machines and equipment, marking lubrication points, interpreting machine drawings, assessing machine and equipment conditions, selecting cleaning materials and lubrication tools; * Lubricate machines, components, and tools. * Implement quality and environmental preservation actions, and work in accordance with safety standards; * Monitor machine and equipment performance through preventive inspections, identifying anomalies and requesting maintenance; * Plan lubrication activities; evaluate operational conditions and performance of machine and equipment components; * Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; * Check for contaminants in lubricants and collect samples for analysis; * Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment for task execution. Requirements: * Completed High School Education * Technical Course in Mechanics * Prior experience as a lubricator or in mechanical maintenance activities * Knowledge of lubricants and lubrication techniques * Ability to work in teams and follow instructions
