Job Summary: Helper responsible for assisting with loading, unloading, and organizing goods, as well as supporting various operational routines at the Distribution Center (DC). Key Highlights: 1. Assist in pickups and deliveries, loading and unloading of cargo. 2. Support the organization of goods and maintain clean work areas. 3. Handle internal goods and register information in the system. We are seeking a responsible Helper to perform loading and unloading of goods onto trucks and assist in organizing the DC. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers during pickups and deliveries, helping with loading, unloading, and organizing cargo. * Label goods during pickups conducted directly at customer locations. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto trucks, including cross-docking operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods, deliver them to respective departments, and record stock reductions in the system. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the Finance Department, and register them in the system. * Support the organization of goods across DC platforms and keep work areas and truck bodies clean and organized. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, use PPE correctly, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed Elementary Education. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 3 months of experience in this role. **Specific Knowledge** * Goods Handling and Storage – Basic * Technology Knowledge – Mobile Phone – Basic **Additional Information** Meals provided on-site; Meal allowance; Food basket; Gas allowance; Health insurance (Unimed – 50% covered); PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Career and salary development plan; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Little Love Package". **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
