Logistics and inventory planning and control **Job Objective** Supervise compliance with established procedures and standards, and conduct frequent field audits. Control the progressive freight rate table by location, distance, and number of deliveries. Supervise compliance with established safety standards. Ensure proper preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. Control and monitor driver and assistant teams. Logistics planning and control. Inventory planning and control. Assist in fleet management: fueling, mileage, vehicle check\-lists, and maintenance scheduling. Maintain organization of transportation-related files and reports. Proficiency in WMS Winthor. Excel skills for controls and reporting. Experience handling freight carriers and drivers. Experience in distribution and integrated logistics environments. Completed high school education or currently studying Logistics or related fields.
