Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Instructor to record educational content and deliver in-person classes on equipment rental and civil construction, demonstrating procedures and guiding best practices. Guaranteed training to operate light and heavy machinery We are looking for a Technical Instructor to record educational content and conduct in-person classes focused on the equipment rental and civil construction sectors. The professional will be responsible for demonstrating technical procedures, guiding operational best practices, and contributing to team training across various regions. *No prior knowledge of machinery is required.* **Responsibilities** * Record technical video content following internal standards; * Deliver in-person and hands-on classes to operational teams; * Learn and operate light and heavy machinery (training guaranteed); * Demonstrate safety procedures in accordance with current regulations; * Support the development and review of scripts and technical materials; * Operate equipment in controlled environments for demonstrations and filming; * Ensure technical accuracy and clarity in instructions. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed degree in Occupational Safety Technician * Valid and active Category B driver's license (CNH) * Clear communication and confidence in front of cameras * Ability to quickly learn new equipment and processes * Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) and safety practices (PPE/collective protective equipment) * Availability for short trips * Organization, discipline, and strong sense of responsibility **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience operating machinery and equipment * Experience in the equipment rental, civil construction, or technical assistance sectors * Experience as an instructor, trainer, or operational leader **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$25/day * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Attendance bonus: R$160/month * Unimed health plan (after 3 months) * Life insurance Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting at R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Which neighborhood do you live in? * Do you hold a Category B driver's license (CNH)?
