Electrical Assembler

Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of electrical systems, performing assembly, installation, maintenance, and interpretation of electrical drawings and projects. Stay updated with technological advances and propose improvements * Be responsible for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under one's responsibility; * Interpret technical drawings and electrical projects for system installation; * Assemble and install medium- and low-voltage electrical panels; * Install electrical equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, transfer switches, among others; * Receive the project, request and verify materials according to the bill of materials; * Perform pre-assembly of rails and cable trays, distribute all components on the mounting board, and identify all electrical components; * Install electrical cables, connections, and terminals in accordance with project specifications; * Perform periodic and corrective maintenance on electrical systems; * Strictly comply with electrical safety procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE). * Implement action plans and departmental procedures, executing and monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve established objectives and goals. * Perform other related duties as directed by immediate supervision; * Stay updated on technological advances relevant to one's field of expertise, aiming at professional development, knowledge sharing, suggestions for equipment and process improvements, and contributing to continuous improvement; * Strictly comply with workplace safety regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Execute actions that promote continuous improvement of company processes; * Guarantee and comply with the company's quality policy and execute work instructions and quality management system procedures; * Support immediate supervision on matters inherent to one's area of expertise, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions focused on KPIs.
