We value organization, teamwork, and excellence in meeting deadlines. **Job Description:** You will be responsible for accurately picking automotive parts from shelves to ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment of wholesale sales orders. Your daily responsibilities will include organizing the picking area, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and delivery efficiency. This is an opportunity for those who enjoy dynamic environments and wish to grow within a company that invests in team development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Pick automotive parts from shelves according to wholesale sales orders. * Organize and maintain the picking area clean, orderly, and efficient, optimizing workflow. * Verify quality and quantity of picked parts to prevent shipping errors. * Collaborate with the team to expedite the shipping process and support the sales team. * Follow safety regulations and internal procedures to ensure a safe working environment. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or goods picking (desirable, but we train motivated candidates). * Basic knowledge of light-duty vehicle automotive parts (advantageous). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. * Availability for full-time schedule (Monday to Friday) * Employment Type: Full-time CLT Contract **Benefits** * Medical and dental insurance * Transportation allowance * Internal growth opportunities and continuous training.
