Our bwtechers are continuously challenged, and our achievements happen daily! **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Technical Sales activities for RF design and network monitoring/optimization products; * Conducting demos; * Conducting POCs; * Preparing technical proposals; * Responding to RFQs. **Requirements for This Opportunity:** * Experience as a Technical Sales Engineer with products related to RF design (planning tools) and mobile network optimization (KPIs); * Solid knowledge of RF design and mobile network monitoring and optimization, with focus on RAN KPIs; * Qualified to discuss technical aspects related to mobile network planning and monitoring with customers; * Experience completing RFIs/RFQs; * Excellent communication and presentation skills; * Proficiency in conducting demos; * Experience defining PoC requirements and supervising their execution; * Advanced or fluent Spanish is required; * Fluent English is a plus; * Willingness to travel for customer meetings and presentations; If you are dynamic, creative, curious, proactive, passionate about challenges, enjoy interacting with people, appreciate teamwork, and seek an environment that supports diversity, this opportunity is for you!
