Our mission is to solve our customers’ needs—and to achieve this, we are looking for a **WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE** to help us reach more customers colored by the Clube das Tintas in **NOVA LIMA/MG**. **Your daily responsibilities:** Goods Receipt: Inspect and register delivered products; verify goods condition and confirm alignment with purchase orders. Product Storage: Organize products efficiently in the warehouse to ensure easy access and prevent damage; follow an organizational system (by category, product type, expiration date, etc.). Inventory Control: Conduct periodic inventories to ensure inventory records are accurate; monitor stock turnover and product levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Store Replenishment: Continuously assess the need to restock store shelves; replenish products on shelves according to demand. Order Packaging and Picking. Expiration Date Control: Monitor and organize products with expiration dates, ensuring first-expired-first-sold principles. Warehouse Cleaning and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Returns Management: Receive customer returns and ensure proper registration, restocking, or disposal of returned items. Collaboration with Other Store Departments: Work closely with sales, procurement, and management teams to align inventory with store demand. Support in Procurement Planning: Provide inventory level and restocking requirement information to assist in planning new product purchases. **We expect you to have:** Responsibility and commitment.
